Accounting & Operations Associate Job Description
Cloverlay is an independent asset management firm focused on delivering differentiated access to private
markets through a highly specialized and opportunistic investment approach. The firm partners with
institutional investors to navigate complex, capacity-constrained segments of the market, emphasizing
precision, flexibility, and deep domain expertise to unlock value in less efficient areas of private equity.
Cloverlay’s strategy is built around identifying and capitalizing on dislocations across private markets,
structuring investments that provide targeted, high-conviction exposure while maintaining a disciplined and
risk-aware framework. By combining rigorous underwriting with active portfolio construction and operational
excellence, Cloverlay seeks to generate compelling, less correlated returns and serve as a trusted partner to
sophisticated investors.
Role
Cloverlay is hiring an accounting and operations associate to lead innovation, create process improvement, and support the activities of the private equity program described above. The job title can be flexible depending on the background and experience of the candidate. This highly visible position will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer and interact on a routine basis with the VP of Investor Relations and other senior members of the team, as well as external parties including the fund administrator, auditor, tax advisor,
