Social Workers at OMH are part of an interdisciplinary treatment team providing a full range of social work services in a recovery-oriented environment to individuals who have been diagnosed with serious mental illness:
• Perform appropriate assessment of risk, crisis intervention, and referrals in response to mental health crises
• Develop individualized treatment and discharge plans
• Provide counseling and education to individuals, groups, and families
• Advocate and provide connections to needed services Job
Requirements
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker Licensed and currently registered as a LCSW in New York
